My Journey

Founder & Luxury Travel Designer

My love of beautiful hotels and thoughtful hospitality began more than 25 years ago and has taken me around the world, discovering places, meeting people and experiencing the little details that make somewhere truly special.

For much of my career, I worked in hotel research and advisory roles with leading international firms, developing a deep understanding of the hotel industry and what makes an exceptional stay. Along the way, I discovered that it wasn't always the grandest hotels or the most elaborate experiences that stayed with me, but the places where everything simply felt right.

I founded Little Compass Travel to bring together that experience, my love of exploring the world and a more personal approach to planning holidays. Today, I help clients discover places they'll love, with thoughtful recommendations, carefully considered itineraries and someone they can trust to look after the details.

In 2026, I was delighted to be named a finalist for Rising Star of the Year: Individual at the Aspire Awards - a particularly special recognition as I build this next chapter of my career in luxury travel.
