I’m also happy to advise on individual elements where that’s more helpful. In some cases, this may involve advisory guidance rather than bookings alone, and we will always discuss the best approach for your plans upfront.

During our discovery conversation, we will talk about what kind of experience you are hoping for, the time of year, who you are travelling with, and what makes a trip truly special for you. From there, I can suggest destinations and ideas that might be a wonderful fit.

Where professional research, advisory input, or itinerary validation is required, I charge a Design & Advisory Fee, in line with my affiliation with Artisan by Travel Four Seasons.
This reflects the time, expertise and judgement involved in shaping recommendations and guiding decisions, often before any bookings are made. It ensures you receive dedicated support before, during and after your trip.
Any fees are always discussed and agreed upfront once the scope of your plans is clear.

Planning ahead allows the best hotels, guides and experiences to be secured, particularly for peak travel periods.
As a general guide, I recommend starting the conversation six to nine months in advance for more complex or long-haul trips, and three to six months ahead for simpler itineraries. However, if you have something sooner in mind, it is always worth reaching out to explore what might still be possible.
