Terms of Service
Effective Date: 4th August 2025
Little Compass Travel is a trading name of The JLT Group, which is ATOL Protected (No. 12564) and a member of Protected Trust Services (PTS No. 6090).
Please note that when you make a booking through us, you are entering into a contract with the individual travel service provider(s) (e.g. airline, tour operator, hotel), and we act solely as your booking agent.
Deposits & Payments
A deposit or full payment will be required at the time of booking. The deadline for any remaining balance will be clearly communicated and must be met to avoid cancellation.
Cancellations & Amendments
Should you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, supplier-imposed charges may apply—up to 100% of the total cost—depending on the terms and timing of the cancellation or amendment.
Your Contractual Relationship
Your travel arrangements may involve multiple suppliers. Each supplier’s individual terms and conditions will apply to your booking, and it is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with them.
Financial Protection
Where applicable, your booking is financially protected under the ATOL and PTS schemes. If covered by ATOL, you will receive an ATOL Certificate outlining the protection provided.
Complaints & Assistance
Any issues should be reported to the relevant supplier without delay. We will assist in facilitating communication where appropriate but are not the party responsible for service delivery.
Travel Insurance
Adequate travel insurance is a condition of booking. You must ensure your policy provides comprehensive cover for all aspects of your trip, including cancellation, medical costs, and supplier failure.
Passports, Visas & Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all passport, visa, vaccination, and health entry requirements for your destination(s). We recommend checking the latest official travel guidance before departure.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations, or for any disruption to your travel plans, resulting from events beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions).
